  • 100 ml of milk

  • 2 bell peppers
  • Sliced Sausage

How to Make Clock Pizza?

Mix the flour and cold butter together in a bowl with your fingertips with quick movements until it looks like breadcrumbs. Add eggs and slowly milk and knead until you get a non-sticky dough (you should add milk slowly so that the dough does not become sticky). Knead the dough once again on a floured counter and divide it into 4 equal pieces. Roll out the meringues and roll out each 12 cm in diameter. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Spread the tomato puree on it. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and corn kernels. Grate and add the mozzarella cheese. Add sausages and sausages. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut out the numbers 1-2-3-6 and 9 from the red pepper with number shaped cutters. Place the numbers 12, 3, 6 and 9 on the pizza to form a clock. Cut the pieces that will form the hour and minute hands from the green pepper and place them on the pizzas. Serve hot.
