- 2 eggs

How to Make Crispy Paneled Chicken Meat?
Pour the crispy breaded mixture into a large bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Dip the chicken meat, chopped into thin strips, first into the egg, then into the breading mixture and fry in sunflower oil. Peel the potatoes and slice them. Add sunflower oil, salt and thyme to a glass bowl. Pour it over the potato slices and mix well. Arrange the greased potato slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve the chicken pieces and baked potatoes with ketchup and yoghurt.
