- 500 g low-fat minced meat

- 20 mini burger buns
- 600 g tomatoes
- 10 leaves of lettuce

How to Make Mini Burgers?
Put the minced meat, meatball mixture and water into the kneading bowl and knead until it reaches the consistency of mortar. Prepare burger meatballs by tearing off large pieces from the mixture you prepared. Cook the meatballs in a non-stick pan. Place a slice of tomato between the burger buns. Add lettuce leaves and place the meatballs on top. Serve on burger buns by making eyes and noses with tiny pieces cut from olives.
