- 250 g white cheese
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Half a tea glass of grated cheddar cheese
- 4 lavash bread
- 1 teaspoon butter

How to Make Pan-Fried Lavash Pastry Recipe?
- Place the grated white cheese into a large bowl. Add finely chopped parsley and cheddar cheese and mix. Melt the butter in a large pan. Spread one of the lavash on the pan and add the cheese mixture on it.
- Cover it with lavash again and spread it with the cheese mixture. Repeat the same process with lavash on top. Fry both sides. Serve hot, garnished with fresh thyme.
