- 1 kg spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium sized beet
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Half a coffee cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Fry the chopped onion, garlic and diced beetroot in olive oil. Add enough hot water to cover it and close the pot's lid. Bake for 20 minutes.
- After washing and draining the spinach, chop it coarsely and add it to the pot. After mixing a few times, add salt and ginger. Close the lid of the pot, cook for 10 minutes and remove from the stove.
