What Causes Eye Cancer?

Who Gets Eye Cancer?

However, eye cancer, known as retinoblastoma and occurring in the retina region, is seen in children younger than 5 years old. The most common age range for retinoblastoma is 1 to 3 years. How is Eye Cancer Treated?

Procedures performed within the scope of eye cancer treatment are performed painlessly. These applications include laser treatment, cryotherapy, surgical treatments and chemotherapy. Laser treatment and cryotherapy (freezing treatment) are performed to destroy malignant tumors in the eye and to ensure that the cells that form the tumor lose their vitality.
