Materials
- 1 cup red lentils
- 3 glasses of water
- 1 cup fine bulgur
- Half a tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 tablespoon red pepper powder

- Black pepper
How to Make Lentil Meatballs?
Wash the lentils with plenty of water and put them in the pot. Add 3 cups of water and cook until the lentils become soft. Remove the foam that accumulates on the surface while cooking with a spoon. Add fine bulgur, tomato paste, tarragon and salt and cook over low heat until bulgur softens. Remove the pot from the stove and let the mixture warm. Peel and mince the onion and garlic. Add it to olive oil and fry over low heat. Add it to the mixture in the pot. Clean and chop the parsley. Add red pepper powder, salt, black pepper and parsley and knead. Cut pieces and shape them. Serve with fresh greens on the side.
