- 750 g chicken breast meat (diced)
- 100 g strained yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- grated peel of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of oil
How to Make Chicken Tikka Recipe?
- Mix all ingredients except chicken in a deep bowl. Add the chicken pieces you diced into this bowl and ensure that the sauce mixes well. Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator overnight so that the spices marinate well with the chicken meat.
- After resting the chicken meat sufficiently, fry it in a preheated hot pan for 5-6 minutes. Place on serving plates and serve hot.
