- 6 mini pita breads
- 1 kg chicken breast meat

- Chop the chicken meat into cubes and add the milk and curry. Mix, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Cut the vegetables into pieces the size of chicken meat. Add olive oil and salt and mix.
- Arrange the vegetables and chicken meat in rows on small skewers. Place it on wax paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the chicken meat is golden brown (You can also do this on a grill pan if you wish).
